NO DRIVER LEFT
BEHIND
Renewable
Energy Partners of New Mexico (REP) is pleased to bring
biofuels refueling infrastructure to New Mexico.
We have
two
alternative fuel pumps open
at the GIANT Conoco Station at 1229 Cerrillos Road (intersection
with Baca Street) in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
REP has
designed the World's first triple-alternative-fuel dispenser.
Our dispensers provide E10 Unleaded
(10% ethanol and 90% gasoline), E85
Ethanol (85% ethanol and 15% gasoline) and B20
Premium Biodiesel (20% biodiesel and 80% petroleum
diesel).
The concept behind the forex club triple fuel dispenser is to provide
"something for everyone," according to Charles Bensinger,
Biofuels Program Director for Renewable Energy Partners of
New Mexico. "Our intention is to clearly demonstrate
that domestically produced, renewable transportation fuels
can be used by anyone right now in their existing vehicles
without modification. We have made these fuels available at
a typical gas station at a competitive price, and they out-perform
their petroleum-only counterparts. Best of all, no wars need
be fought and no drilling in sensitive environmental areas
is required to obtain them. Plus, when you purchase biofuels,
you're supporting American farmers and keeping your dollars
in the U.S. Anyone can fill up at the Baca Street Biofuels
Station at the triple-fuel pump and reduce their consumption
of petroleum fuels by at least 10% to 20%."
Renewable Energy Partners of New Mexico developed the concept,
raised the grant money for the station and administers its
operation.
